A question about Dreambox DM 8000 HD... If I get one of these receiver do I still need to buy an 8PSK module or it is incorporated in the receiver already?

The azbox plays high bit rates fine so I just use a separate DVD recorder/hard drive
What kind of input does your separate recorder have? Ie does it record HD?
I'm also curious relative to the new breed of TIVOs. I have 3 old SA TIVOs for SD stuff, but would like TIVO capability on HD, but the last time I checked, I didn't think the HD TIVOs would take any kind of an HD input that I could send it, ie either a network stream, component or HDMI. I think they only work off OTA ATSC signals or something like that.
Does anyone know of any device that will give TIVO PVR capability from a high bitrate HD FTA satellite receiver.
This is the first year in years that I think I'm going to be forced to revert to the NFL Sunday Ticket, instead of watching sat feeds. I can still *WATCH* the sat feeds, but I can't delay them to sync with home team radio off Sirius. In past years, before things were in 4.2.2, I could delay a stream to a Roku or PopcornHour, but I can't stream high bitrate 4.2.2, so I'm stuck with using a TIVO on the SD Sunday Ticket signal (ie I'd rather watch SD with local audio than watch HD with those network idiots on audio).
I keep hoping that new Azbox firmware will come out that will permit me to delay video/ record high bitrate, but that doesn't seem likely in the near future.

But.....if you like Tulsa King....looks like you would probably like this as well. I don't mind spin-offs as long as they don't involve a sassy niece who moves from the big cityAnother Tulsa King spin off.
I thought I would come here and find lots of complaints about the update to the dish anywhere mobile app, but am not seeing any. It used to look just like the desktop webpage. Now you can no longer filter by sports channels or movie channels. Plus that they made it look like a big button telephone and you see fewer channels in the screen which requires more scrolling. Yes I realize you can look at sports then select which sport you want to look at, I just liked being able to see all sporting events in the guide with all other channels being filtered out. Am I alone in the wilderness on this?

Might be worth a watch when it comes out. Looks like typical big corp against the little guy movie BUT....there is a reason this plot type is so oft repeated, it draws audiences.

Kind of disappointed at how much they show. A lot still to see, but man, some good reveals in the book that are just served up here.

I had quit watching this show years ago because I ended up more annoyed than entertained. Well......I'm STILL more annoyed than entertained. I DO find it interesting to see how things work behind the scenes at many businesses. What annoys me is how utterly out of touch CEOs are with the companies they run. At the end of almost every episode the head of the company is amazed at how hard the employees have to work and many times have to work around impossible guidelines set forth from headquarters.
I found this one interesting because the new CEO had big plans for this company, Muscle Maker Grill, and it looked like the stores were all pretty busy. Recent history hasn't been good to this company however. I bet the covid lockdowns were the real killer.
