What are you using it for? The 1.5 is a basic IR remote sold with 301, 311, 2700 & 2800 receivers it has no UHF capabilities. It can be replaced by most DISH remotes used in the IR(#1) mode.
Most universal remotes can also be used as long as the receiver is set to address #1.

its for a 311, it has the uhf receiver, IR transmitter near the receiver, the tv is in an adjacent room
Look on the UHF receiver to see who made it, 1.5 has no UHF capabilities so it is probably an add on aftermarket unit, there was one that replaced the AAA battery with a uhf transmitter. Try searching for Nextgen IR to RF adapter.
