1000.4 Having issues adding 4th Sat to DPP44

I'm currently set up with the 1000.4 Eastern arc dish pointed at 61.5, 72.7, and 77. Connected to a DPP44 powered switch. Locked in at between 35 and 55. (Port1=72.7,Port2=61.5,Port3=77). Ive been running this now for about 6 months w/ no issues.
Now I'm trying to add dish 110 to Port4 (Locked in at the 70s) running off a dish 500 with a brand new DP LNB 150782. What happens is it knocks out Port1 and Port2 and I'm left with Port3 (77) and Port4 (110). ontop of that 77 is spotty at best. I tried moving 110 to Port1 and move the other 3 down and I end up with 110 on Port1 and 77 on Port4, the middle 2 get knocked out. I tried a third option. Port1=72.7, Port2=61.5, Port3=110, Port4=119(off the dish 500, 150782 LNB) and I end up with Port1 dropped, but it does lock on Port2 through Port4. THis would get the programming I'm after, but the 61.5 is hit and miss on the transponders, so I only get some of those channels. If I drop the 110/119 the other three come back without issue.
I may be way off but the only thing that makes any sense to me is the signal strength is so much higher on the dish 500 (110/119) It somehow is making it difficult for those other satellites to properly lock. If thats the case would a signal line booster on 61,72,77 resolve this or reverse that and weeken the signal to the 110 (point slightly out of align). Oh BTW I'm running my tests on a Brand New VIP722, and yes I'm trying to add the distant feeds to my line-up.

I had a similar situation for the eastern arc dish + a side sat for 110 for distants last month. I did not use a outside switch though. I simply plugged the side sat into the port in on the lnb and it worked fine. I was using a dp dual lnb or single lnb for 110. I had the option to do three receiver installs. I have a 722k and a 211k . Do you need a dpp44 switch ? How many installed receivers are we talking about?

The EA lnb is notorious for not turning off its internal switch when connected to a 44 sw. If you dont need 4 outs I would suggest just taking out the 44 and running the wing dish into the the lnb in port on the 1000.4 lnb. If you are running 4 recievers then get 4 dp singles or duals and set up 4 dishes pointed at each orbital to the 44 sw.
