1000.4 Western Arc Dish Coming Soon

That depends Quantum if your locals are on the 61.5 then you would need 2 dishes. In the beginning we had to strut every 1k.4 then the came out with the w4 mast however all you south east guys wont be able to use them on those fancy mounts that take up room on my van that I will never use. we dont install 1k.4 withoutthe w4 so they sould send them out. Trust me when I say they will peak easier and better with the fine tune options. Anybody who has done a WildBlue knows about the that

If we currently have a 1000.2, will Dish replace them with the 1000.4 WA or do we keep them if we aren't having any problems?

Keep them if you aren't having any problems.

What are your signal strengths on TP's 14 15 16 & 21 on 110/119 and 17 18 & 21 on 129?

Where does the Dish Turbo dish fit into this equation? A friend had E* installed last week, it gets 110,119,and 129. All the LNBs are in one Y mount.

110- 73,77,77,80
119- 71,82,81,86
129- 56,62,71

Very good signal strengths. Pretty much the same as mine. I rarely get rain fade, and that's pretty much the only benefit of the 1000.4 WA is less rain fade. I'd say you have nothing to worry about.

110- 77,76,77,78
119- 74,82,85,87
129- 59,57,76

EDIT: Added 1000.4 WA instead of just "WA."

I am pretty sure we will be using the 500/1000 plus will still be used, we are going to 1000.4 E/W and the dish 500 for non credit costumers. Tuning in the 1K4W cant be any harder than tuning in the 1K4E in the midwest.

Dish 1000 series installation question

Demanded a 1000.4 dish instead of a 1000.2... Was I just being mean?
