A tree fell on my friends world direct dish and its a total loss. Instead of calling directv would it be possible to use a 105 Superdish FSS stacked LNB? The setup is an HR24 and H25 with an SL5, World Direct dish, and SWM 8 switch. I'll just point the Superdish to 95.0W.

The issue is Directv doesnt used stacked systems

If you have access to a simple KU LNB (your sig shows FTA so you SHOULD have a spare laying around) that will work fine

Will this work? If so will I be able to get away with using a 18" phase I dish or a phase III Dish?

I was fairly certain you needed a horizontally polarized lab for 95, but I could be wrong... I have one on my truck that I'll check layer tho.
