1080p no audio

greetings,

a month ago i ordered a 1080p VOD but could not get audio. CSR could not sort it out in an on line chat session.

last night i DL a 1080p episode of the Beast and the same thing, no audio.

i also DL a History channel episode in HD and it was fine, both audio and video.

i have a 722 connected to my XBR6 with an HDMI cable from monoprice.com.

no other problems that i have noticed.

any idea of what to check or something to try different?

Dish's implementation of 1080p has been very "picky". For example, some can get the 1080p channel 501 stuff to work great, others can't. It appears that no one can get the DishOnline 1080p stuff (currently only The Beast) to work at all.
