110 wont lock????

I have an installer out here today to point my dish 1000 after a new roof was installed. We do a check switch and get everything BUT 100. I do a signal streangth on sat 100 and it's at 125!!! but no lock???

I have a dish pointed at 61.5 and a 1000 pointed at 110/119/129...

I have a dp44 switch... Same results on all recivers... models 622/811/301/300

Can anyone help???? This guy is a joke! He has been here 3 hours!!!!

Looks like the Mast was out of plumb.... Finaly working now...
