11819 & 11911 does not scan on Linear freqs

Hello. On Viewsat Ultra, I am trying to scan 11819 20000 L 3/4 & 11911 20000 L 3/4 but it does not scan on Anik F3. It looks like Viewsat does not scan linear freqs. Does anyone have any alternatives? Thanks

Both those frequencies are not linear (H and V), but circular (L and R), and therefore require a circular LNB (and a special one at that, as that is lower than the normal range of circular frequencies).

Oops, Sorry. I meant to say circular. I am getting good Signal but I am not getting Quality on those 2 frequencies. I am getting quality on other frequencies but not on those two.

considering everything on that satellite is scrambled I wouldnt worry about it
