Looks like we're going to have another muddy track this afternoon. They are calling for rain in Baltimore this afternoon and evening. If so, it seems like that would favor Orb based on his performance two weeks ago. We shall see.

Orb is certainly the overwhelming favorite to win this afternoon's race. There will be a nice horse field:

Wow! Oxbow wins wire-to-wire and Orb finishes 4th on what turned-out to be a fairly hard track.

Well, it's now going to be at least 36-years since the last triple crown champion.

The rider didn't run a very smart race, but the horse didn't appear to have anything in the task when asked. Still, I bet a lot of people will ignore the Belmont now that there will be no triple crown winner, once again.
