1. On a Dish 300, for my lat/long 34/82 per my dish network receiver, my info on 148 would be to az 259, elev 11--my problem: on the dish 300 -- the markings on the side that you adjust the dish only is marked for 20 degrees elevation to 65 degrees elevation, so how exactly do I get to 11 degrees elevation if the dish doesn't have the markings to adjust to?
2. From my location in upstate South Carolina, am I even able to receive the signal at 148? If so, how strong is the signal and does my line of sight have to be pretty damn "perfect"?
3. On the dish network receiver, when I go to point dish/check switch while aiming the dish towards 148, what information has to be in those boxes (zip code/tuner input/transponder/satellite)?
Anyone who can shed light into my ongoing problem, it would be greatly appreciated....Thank you. :up
