No idea what these are, nothing on 9945 here and 165 is the Sirius Barker channel.

That was the channel that had the club dish promo and how to use your DVR. It was never a channel but downloaded the program to your DVR

It was FTA for the free to air folks (thats how I know what was on it) but that got scrambled
