I currently have one throught DHA. What is the possibility of a 2nd activated by dish?

Has anyone done this?

Thanks

?

Do you mean another through DHA or would they activate it if I bought if off of E-Bay?

I have a 522 and a 322. I am hoping that in February when the 522 becomes available to existing customers, I'll be able to replace the 322 with a second 522. I cringe at the thought of having to buy it though.

I have two 522s now, both replace two 501s and were bought off EBay. I did verify that they were not leased units, but the lady I contacted via ceo@dishnetwork.com didn't have a problem activating them at almost the same time. (2 different sellers, so I was a couple of days off.)

I'm not sure why two 522's are not allowed on one account when customers can get two 811's which are more expensive than 522's.
I'm not sure the 811 is more expensive than the 522.
Bell Expressvu sells both the 811 (rebranded as 6100) and 522 (rebranded as 5200), and charges $399CAN for the 811 and $599CAN for the 522. So it appears that the 522 is a couple hundred more than the 811. And should give us a rough idea how much Dish will charge us for it.

I dont think they have a problem activating the receivers just as long as you have no more then 6 total tuners on an account.

Its not really six tuners but rather six distinguishable outputs. Thus, for example, if you were really nuts you could buy 6 921s (12 tuners) since only
six programs could be watched at the same time.
