2 HR21-700 HD issues

I have 2 owned HR21-700 I would like to sell..however the hard drive are bad in both the them. They been sitting in my closet for 2 years they were working fine I guess they went bad after sitting and the power them up.

So they are 320 gig hard drive Can I easily replace these or maybe format them

Suggestions welcome because I have no use for them and would like to sell that ASAP

I was going to sell them on ebay. I would like to try to fix them first.
