2 SD TVs + 1 HD Projector

I have 720p Projector in one room with a SD TV. In another room I have a SD TV.

Can I get a 722 DVR and use TV1 for the projector using hdmi and S-Video for the SD TV using S-Video. The Projector would be HD and the TV would be SD on TV1.

And then use TV2 using coax for the SD TV in the other room.

Yes but the "S" video and HDTV will be showing the same picture at the same time why have 2 TVs in the same room?

No, the s-video is part of the tv1 output. Tv2 uses composite or rf.

Couldn't you get an HDMI splitter of some sorts to split that out to two tv's so that you can get the HD content on both tv's off of tv1? If both tv's you want to connect to tv1 are in HD then why not get HD on both of them?

In Room #1: HD Front Projector and SD TV

In Room #2 SD TV

So, it seems that it will work for me. All I need is to get HD and SD both on TV1 for Room #1.

I want to watch Season 5 of LOST on the front projector. All the other TV can be on my SD TV.

Maybe next summer I will upgrade to a HD TV in Room #1 The I'll either get a HDMI splitter or put the TV on hdmi and the the front projector on component.
