I saw scotts posting about the 21.0 remote and using it with a 622 for timers backup. But when I go thru the setup (hold down the sat button till all light up and then press info) all that happens is all the top buttons light up back an forth a couple of times and then the receiver reboots. I though there was a screen that showed you progress? Then when I go back into the screen to start the process (menu twice then press next) it says there was no previous download. Am I doing something wrong?
