21 Markets going EASTERN ARC ONLY

When they came out to do our install a few years ago, the tech said Dish was working on putting the Baton Rouge DMA only on the EA. Baton Rouge looks like a forest from the air. Hopefully they do not do that, Dish will loose a lot of subs due to no signal. We were able to go EA on the house, but we notice a lot more rain fade at the house vs in the RV with our WA Winegard Travler (with the RV in the driveway).

Are there channels eastern arc that are not on western arc?
