2nd tuner on 622, says my bill is overdue

hey guys, im not sure exactly how it showed, but anyways i enabled the 2nd tuner and i had some people watch last nights games and they noticed that a window would pop up saying something that my bill was overdue. has anyone had this happen to them?

i would think that they would just either call you or just turn off the boxes.

wel thats what i thought too, but it only happens when i enable the second tuner.

maybe that second tuner need to be activated? maybe that way they can charge you more fee?

You can't activate or deactivate individual tuners on dual-tuner receivers. The RECEIVER is activated, not the tuners. If one works, so will the other.
