Impact is some kind of Publich Interest Channel and is showing some church show.

You may be right but I watch a bunch of stuff on RFD-SD and a lot of it seems to be boxed all around (I even saw a couple of shows in 16:9, although of course in SD). I thought the boxing meant the shows were HD, but I guess we'll see on the next Best of America or Ryan Gingerich.

As the ING channels are in the international slot and they aren't mirrored on 61.5W, I'm going out on a limb and guessing that they're test channels.

Unlikely since they just moved them off and upgraded people to DISH+ Dishes to pick up 118.7.

INV channels on 61.5 Transponder 23 are not currently in the stream. 95% null pids at this time.

Well it is possible that TP 23 could be converted to spot beam. It could be possible that they are getting ready to turn on some locals. On E12 TPs 1-23 (odd) can be either CONUS or spot beam.

Presumably mike is discussing 23 because of all those INV channels uplinked in this thread. But it's also worth noting that 17, 19, and 21 are also currently in conus mode but could go to spots. 17 and 19 are carrying HD locals on conus for no apparent reason that I can see. Plus 21 is currently carrying SD internationals that, if I were running this show, would go on 72 or 77.
