3 LNB AU9-SL3 vs 5 LNB AU9-S?

I am a Directv newbie
Why didn't the DIRECTV installer install a five LNB instead of the three LNB for a DIRECTV PREMIER Package ?

Will I miss MPEG-4 C HD or any other programming?
What is "SD locals from the 119 spot beam" ?

most of the time the only reason they'd give you a 5LNB is
-SD locals on 119...some smaller markets are on 119
-ordered Spanish programming

What locals do you get?
