In order to have a personalized motto or slogan under your name , requires a donation to the site , at least I wasn't able to have my slogan until the day I contributed $$ to the forum.

I personally have enjoyed the forum and after a year of hanging out in the forum I made my first donation , that's when I figured out that I could now personalize a slogan.

The forum is free and there is no mandatory contribution , as to the $monetary amount next to your name , I found that interesting and I'm going to check my user cp to see if I'm a million dollar man

You start out as a "Junior Member" after about 20-50 posts (I can't remember) you become a "Member" and after 100 posts you become a "Senior Member".
