Well, I checked this weekend and it appears as though I do have the DP-34 switch. I have 3 used spots out of the bottom of the switch and 1 open.
I will now run 2 lines to each and every room in the house and when the basement is completed, I will run a 4th line out to the switch and hope and pray it works after re-activating my 311.
