301 Not connecting via CS app

I have a 301 and it downloaded the p226 software awhile back and when I go to the customer support application to view or pay my bill it can't connect to dish network. When I reset the receiver by unplugging, or pressing & holding the power button for 5 seconds and try to connect again it successfully connects. This is a pain in the *ss. I called Dish Network and they as usually "never heard of the problem" and they sent me a new receiver, I received it Thursday. It's now Monday afternoon and I'm having the same problem all over again. Yes my replacement is a 301 and has software P226 installed. Is anyone else having this problem as well and if so have you found a way around it, or do I just need to wait until a bug fix is released. Of course this wasn't a major release and for it to be having bugs is really bad.
