I will say again, we have become a nation is seem to be hurt by words much more than actions.

Max Kellerman explained in the story that he and Erin (his now wife) were at a college party and were drunk at the time. Max said that Erin slapped him, and so he slapped her back.

No reason for him to be suspended. Personally I think he was justified, women don't get a free pass to slap.

The network is in CYA mode after the complaints about doing almost nothing about the earlier host saying it was the women's fault for being beaten.

As it is, this has been going on for more than just this past week. They fired Rush Limbaugh years back.
And as the hosts do represent the network, the network has full rights to say who is on the air and who is not.

But in the case of Kellerman, this was a huge overreaction.
