Historically UPx channels have been nothing but virtual place holders.

Both Tps are currently being received here with signal level close to that of EchoStar 1.

E5's current footprint config must be better for FL or they are currently in high power mode testing both tps.

E5 must have just taken over for E1 at 148 west

With E1 I had a reliable 50%-70% on all the odds before, now with E5 and the infamous wobble I have up to 110% but it drops down to 0% 2 to 3 times an hour for 10 minutes at a time. How did they ever use this bird at 129?
