The channels in the 53xx and 4xxx range are just pointers to the 94xx and 3xx channels.

Correct, according to the list I only see 9 active channels there.

E6 is there to pick up the slack until E15 gets there. Not the most ideal sat at that location but it should work quite well for most of the US.

I subscribe to the buffalo HD locals on transponder 13. It used to hit me at 27, but as of late they were coming and going. Yesterday I looked and only have 10-11. I retuned the dish but can't get any better. There is something wrong with 13 as well, as I get other spotbeams stronger than the one I am on.

The spotbeam locals come from a different satellite at 61.5, they come from E12. The one with the failure was E3.

Spotbeam 13 is mine for Houston locals. NO problems- receiving it at 52 strength.

I don't think that it is a problem with TP13. According to The List, your locals are coming from TP13 SB4. The map does not accurately reflect the current reception area since E* reoriented E12. However, it looks like you would still be at the outer limits of reception for SB4. What's your strength on TP7 (SB3)?

Yes my signal level on TR13 SB4 had dropped also...

Buffalo DMA is virtually unwatachable since about the first week of March. I have a 20" dish on 61.5 for HD locals and all through winter could get reliable levels of about 12 to 18. Then something happened and the levels are 2 or lower. Took the Birdog out and can not squeeze any more signal out. Everything else on 61.5 is fine. Glad I went WA and can still get locals on 110. Hope they get this fixed soon - sd sucks.
