Got a whole box of dish parts and accessories from Bob Haller’s estate shipped to me the other day.

Got a few 508’s and other ancient dish receivers and accessories.

Correct me if I’m wrong, only Hopper and Wally stuff can be activated ?

I did get a DVR Pal, but I’m keeping that

Heat. A simple small fan where the air vents were always fixed it for me.

Got a fan on my 722. It was literally the only problem I ever experienced with the 722, and it's an easy and reliable fix.

Hey Claude! Any equipment that is considered obsolete can't be added to the account, even as purchased. The currently in use equipment that can be added is Hoppers, Wallys, and 211's.

Anything in these things that could be harvested by recyclers?

Sent from my SM-G950U using the SatelliteGuys app!

An old, tiny ATA hard drive with a zillion hours on it.

I thought the 625 could still be activated on existing non Hopper accounts?

Change that to Dish Support, DIRT is no longer used even if it is in the Title Area.

Welcome Phoenix M, we're glad to see the team back!

I take it no one can Start a Conversation with DISH Support because the account doesn't have the required post count?

Hey Phoenix,

My dad runs an old 322 receiver. Is there a date when those will be shutoff?

You mean the tag that says Dish DIRT Team...which would translate to Dish Dish Internet Response Team Team ???

Exactly what I mean. I think the title is still there because most of us are familiar with the old title and it will go away as we get used to the new name during transition. Scott has mentioned the new name while speaking about getting the team back on board with the DISH honchos. They do not want to be called DIRT any longer.

Just making a crack about the term Dish Dish and Team Team (if you read the acronym with the title).

Well, people say ATM machine all the time. :)

And I'd wear the DIRT badge with pride.
