508 and 721 values

We are trying to get people to move from QPSK receivers to 8PSK, but the 501/508/510 aren't completely done with yet (can still be activated). If they do need to be replaced for any reason, they are replaced with 8PSK equipment

I don't think there is any use for a 721, anywhere, except as scrap. Does Bell use the 5s?

Bell has their own software in it and the R&S#'s are "fixed" for Dish or Bell
(Bell uses different model numbers)
