I have a 508 that has not received the 9 day program guide for a few months. I have always received the 44 hour guide. initially, I thought the problem was the P308 software, but now I have the P309 software and the problem persists. can anyone tell me which transponder the EEPG is sent? the local dish network retailer claims that the 110 satellite signal strength is down and that is the cause of my trouble. my location is Kona, Hawaii.

well, that could be a problem. I show a signal strength of 0 (zero) on that TP. TP21 has 57. any thoughts, anyone???

Any pattern to the missing transponders, like all odd or all even? That generally indicates a cable problem.

A 0 is really tough. If it was simply too low, I'd look at a bigger dish dedicated to 110. A 0 would indicate to me that you are totally out of the footprint, and if that's the case, I believe the technical term for your situation is "hosed".

I ran through the TPs on the dish pointing screen and got the following readings for the 110 sat
tp1 64
tp2 67
tp3 44
tp4 103 wrong sat
tp5 58
tp6 66
tp7 0
tp8 65
tp9 57
tp10 44
tp11 64
tp12 0
tp13 0
tp14 58
tp15 55
tp16 61
tp17 0
tp18 0
tp19 66
tp20 0
tp21 59
tp22 0
tp23 125 wrong sat
tp24 51
tp25 0
tp26 0
tp27 0
tp29 0
tp31 0
