522 DVR still problems with 4.12

I know there been some issues with the latest software. I have the 4.12 which I think is the latest but still having the jump forward and backward problems.
Does anybody know if there's another fix coming?
This DVR worked flawless for 2 years pryer to the 4.11 calamity.
This really sucks.
Any idea's or some direction would be appreciated.

Do a power plug reset and see if it clears up.

I did the power plug reset, but it only work for a little while now it's back to acting up again, not jumping forward with the jump button or nothing at all then back to the begining
