522 only allows 80 hours of recording? Why?

Hello all. I searched the forum for info on this and didn't get a good answer. I understand that some shows take up more space etc.... However, since day 1, I have only had an 80 hour total on the 522. The reason it stood out in my mind originally is that my inlaws, who have dish as well, have 100 hours and they asked why we didn't. I assumed that the 522 was limited because of the dual tuner etc..... But nooone else seems to have this issue. We got our 522 the first week it was available....so is maybe something just not set up correctly?

sorry had to...

anyway it sounds like yours ended up with a smaller hard drive for some unknown reason.... that or there is a hardware issue inside yours somewhere.
