I just noticed WUNE was added here in Charlotte, NC DMA, but its not the main channel (which is just a mirror of WUNG) its actually one of the sub channels

Yep, it's PBS-Kids. Strange thing is, the last time I scanned for PBS ch17, UNC Kids was on 17, UNC HD was on 17.2, and UNC EX was on 17.3. Kind of an odd channel order.

The Disney HD Channels aren't mentioned in this uplink report, so no they are not back on.

From what I read on the Charlotte OTA thread on AVSForum, UNC-TV shuffled its lineup around on several of its translators so that under the must carry rules the satellite and cable companies would end up carrying the subchannels.

It is a way for them to get their subchannels a wider distribution.

Well that makes sense, although on my OTA, I have UNC-kids blocked out. I would love the EX sub-channel to be in HD.
