61.5 and detroit locals

Any one in the detroit market using a 1000.4 dish? I need some help.
Im a installer and I just can't seem to get a good signal on the spotbeam # 3. That spot carries the locals in H.D.

Even though some of my customers do not subscribe to H.D. programming, you can only get some of these networks in H.D from the eastern arc. ( WXYZ,WWJ,WJBK and WDIV)

My signal strengths on the 61.5 satellite are as foillows.

transponder 1= 71 transponder 17=38
transponder 2=57 transponder 18=59
spotbeam 3= 30 transponder 19=59
transponder 4=0 transponder 20=48
transponder 5=37 transponder 21=58
transponder 6=59 transponder 22=48
spotbeam 7=40 transponder 23=46
transponder 8=59 transponder 24=35
transponder 9 =0 transponder 25=56
transponder 10=60 transponder 26=0
transponder 11 =0 transponder 27=65
transponder 12 =73 transponder 28=50
transponder 13=62 transponder 29=64
transponder 14=67 transponder 30=51
transponder 15=70 transponder 31=65
transponder 16=45 transponder 32=51


The receiver im using here at my office is a VIP211 and I have no loss of signal.

At 3 different customers houses, using vip211k, vip 222k and vip722k, they are having issues. loss of signal for locals. I know I have got the dish dead peeked for 61.5

Been out to 1 customers house 3 times! Just replaced his dish with a dish 500. now he is having no problems....
Any one else seeing the problem in the detroit market??

WXYZ, WWJ, WJBK and WDIV HD can be recieved from 118. Not with a 1000.4 though

I have a Howell address and a Fowlerville phone number. Howlerville.

The Detroit H.D. locals are on both 61.5 and 118.
