61.5 can I still point to it ( for south asian package)

Hi,

I have only south east available ( 61.5 ) ..

Dish guys r saying south asian package is avaible only on 118 and not on 61.5 any longer.

I looked up channle listing ( lyngsat ) and I still see south asian channals on 61.5

Is it worth setting it up myself ( i have dish and reciever with me ) and then calling up Dish Network to activate my account..

They are moving all the internationals off of 61.5. Check out "The List" (link at the top of the page) SatelliteGuys.US - Subscription 61.5°W

If you see the channels you want on there you could sub until they move them off.

I do see the channles I want still available.. Is there anyway to tell when will they be moving those off? Also, will there be any issues activating my account .. do I have to tell Dish Network that I'm pointing to 61.5 ?
