622 audio problem and no PIP or swap

Audio Problem with 622

I'm experiencing a problem with my 622. Recently the audio has been dropping out and skipping. It's like audio hiccups, which occur throughout a program. I've noticed it most on ABC HD and FOX HD.

as far as the no PIP or swap:

push the MODE button inside the door on the receiver to put it in SINGLE mode (notice the front panel indicators). Then those functions work on TV1.
