I just got off the phone with Dish (again!) and found the following:
- They cannot change my work order without losing the promo codes - meaning the new dish & installation will not be free. Thus, they can't activate my current receiver.
- The push back in install dates is due to a shortage in Dish 1000's.
Anyone running into similar issues?
