last couple of days I've noticed that when TV2 mode one channel 30.x's are not available but are there for TV1 no matter what mode. Why?

last couple of days I've noticed that when TV2 mode one channel 30.x's are not available but are there for TV1 no matter what mode. Why?

TV2 doesn't see the OTA Tuner (if you are in duel mode). All you will see is the Satellite Channels.

Corrected, I loose a "local",the ion network, that has been there up until now and still exists up in the Dish locals but doesn't map down. Why?
