622 price and availability to purchase?

So I apparently am one of the few that thinks giving my purchased 921 back to Charlie along with $299 of my hard earned money in exchange for a 'lease' on a 622 is a bad investment (even if I have the option to recover $200 through a dreaded 'mail in rebate'). I have sold my 921 on eBay for a pretty fair price.

I have searched the boards and have found a lot of good info but here is my question: For someone like me who will be purchasing their 622, when is the soonest it will be available and how much will it cost to purchase?

I am in the same boat as you ...but no ones has said officially that we have to turn in our old hardware (921,942 etc) to E* .

So unitl I see it in writing its just a rumor.
