622 Records But Gives Wrong Title On Menu

Here's a new one. Overnight my 622 was scheduled to record Discovery HD's Sunrise Earth. It recorded Sunrise Earth as I directed but gave it a movie title which I also had requested. The early morning BBC news which I requested was recorded ok but then it recorded my requested movie and was given the repeat name BBC News.
So I had the following:

HARI KARI - really sunrise earth
BBC NEWS - really BBC news
BBC NEWS - really my movie "Hari Kari."

I rebooted and waited to see if this would continue. So far today it has not. But will check again tomorrow morning to see what it did.

Anyone else have this problem??

IT looks like a brain fart moment for your 622.

Yes but it has happened on 3 separate occasions. I called the tech line and they said to replug my 622 into another outlet. Go figure???
