622 TV1 question / troubleshooting

Have a 622 with three sets connected;

Set 1 is HDMI at location of receiver (TV1), remote #1 5.3 IR
Set 2 is coax to TV2, remote #2 6.3 IR/UHF Pro
Set 3 is coax to a remote TV receiving TV1 signal (mirror), remote #1 6.3 IR/UHF Pro

Set 3 has the UHF remote setup so that we can watch TV1 mirror image in bedroom.

All working fine, for quite some time, until last night, when now, Set 3 is thinking it is Set 2. I don't know what happened.

Set 3, which should be receiving TV1 mirror signal, can only be turned on by the Set 2, #2 remote, and Set 2 can still be accessed by the #2 remote.

Set 3 should be taking commands from the alternate remote #1 6.3. I didn't do ANYTHING to the remote (except take out and return batteries), disconnect any coax or splitters on back of receiver, etc.

What gives? Any ideas as to how to fix this so we can go back to having a mirror image of TV1 from coax and have the remote work correctly?

Perhaps you have Set 3 on the channel number that Set 2 is supposed to be set to. Check your modulator settings to see what TV1 Coax output channel should be.
