625 No Info Avail

My 625 says No Info Avail on most of our channels.

A reboot did not help. How can I fix this??

Ewww...that does NOT sound healthy. What are your signal levels on the 110 and 119, transponders 11 (obviously AFTER doing a checkswitch)?
