hmmm. For some reason, I got the impression that Dish regarded 'contracts' as more like 'guidelines' with a lots of room for interpretation

Come on Charlie...turn on the Wichita HD locals!!!

Apparently they'll just turn them on when they feel like it. I guess they want to watch us swing for a little bit longer, its been a year for me. Everythings unlinked now, at this point i don't see how it would cost them anything to turn them on, but I don't know anything about how that all works either.

I don't care nay more, Ill be outta here soon anyway.

I suspect they're waiting to see if they need to add the Bunker Hill PBS station into the HD mix. I noticed that the Wichita PBS station has been uplinked, but not KOOD.
