72.7W & 77W

I live in the Virgin Islands and 110W and 119W are blocked for me, however i realised that i can see most of the same channels on 72.7W and 77W. Can anyone tell me if i would be able to get any reception and if so what size dish would i need?

What programing you have blocked in the VI on 119 and 110

I don't believe the signal from those satellites will reach you.
