722 caller ID not working

Did you do any of the testing that is available to you through the receiver. Report back to us when you have.... Are you sure that you have dial tone going into the receiver?
 
go to the caller id enable menu. disable it. leave the menu. go back in and enable it again. it will work now.

for some unknown reason the receivers (all of them AFAIK) just stop showing the banner.
 
It formerly worked and for the last couple of weeks it has not been working.

I turned off 'Enhancements' and now it works.

I'm not even sure what Enhancements are since I don't see anything different except that Caller ID is now working.

For a description of what Enhancement does, click on the "help" button on the Enhancement Enable/Disable window. (Essentially enables an interactive icon to be operable when Dish inserts a possible action item.) It should have absolutely nothing to do with Caller ID, but if that solved the issue all's good.
