My 722 warns me almost every morning that I need to connect a phoneline or broadband. It is connected via a "home run" from the receiver to a switch to the router/dhcp server. Two 622 receivers and PCs in house have no network issues. 722 will often show IP address but will say it it not connected. It can be pinged by other PCs. If I reset the network connection it often times show an IP address but get a call out error.

I routinely reboot the switches and home router. I reterminated the patch cords in question, and the cables test good with a CAT5 tester.

I notice the 722 is often on channel 100 or 101 in the early AM. I'm wondering if this problem has anything to do with downloading the EPG or automatic resets. Before I raise my BP with tech support, does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!
