When I turn off my 722k and if I am standing next to it, I can hear a fan or something running but at a low speed/and little noise. Is this normal?
It is not running at high speed, which I have only heard from my 722k when I reset it and it "boots" up for a few seconds.
It's just a low speed humming... If you are a couple feet away, you don't hear it at all.
If this is normal, then I'm still fine with it as I previously had a Charter Communications DVR and it was ON all the time and louder than crap.
I've just noticed an post the other day talking about 722k fan stuck on and was wondering if they were talking about it being stuck on high speed or low.
