Just got hooked up with dish net and cannot get the guide todown load more than the next two hours of programing. I'm on sat at 61.5 only. Any help?

Being only on 61.5 is the problem. 9 day guide is on 119...Western Arc, 72.2 ...Eastern arc. Where are you located?

That covers a lot of ground (and water).

It really doesn't matter where in The Tropics he is, he still needs to see 72.7 to get the updated guide.....

The 2-program (not 2-hour) guide is available from each satellite but the 9-day guide is only available from the two given above.

Yup, it's two program. The current program + the next program.

All other satellites should have the 44 hour guide.

In Costa Rica Plan to add another dish at 72 degrees. Will that help? Apparently with out the guide , I can't record. Talked with the people at dish chat but they couldn't help.

Using that logic, if they are both four hour you have an 8 hour guide.
