722k hangs on 535 screen

Having trouble with three different 722ks getting hung on Acquiring Signal after initial download. Using "new" remanufactured 1000.2 LNBF, new vextra, Holland diplexers. Receiver reports signal loss even though the meter says it has perfect signal. Anyone else seeing this?

Finally after 30 min and a couple reboots it moved past 2 of 5. Did they send out a software update recently? What is the receiver looking for at 3 of 5? Orbital 129?

remove the diplexers and see if that helps

What are your signal strengths on say transponder 19 & 20 on all 3 sats? Should be in the upper 50's to low 70's

dBm about -38 (before diplex our separator ), IRD over 67 14, 15, 16, 21 except 129 about 53
