722k problem will not turn on

Have a 722k that has to be rebooted each morning - will not turn on. Thought it might have to do with the nightly update so I unplugged the network cable. Also tried up-plugging from wall, no go. Still will not turn on in the am. Suggestions? Maybe time to move to the Hopper/Joey?

I'll do my best csr impression for you: check if dish has clear view to sky. Check if dish is covered in snow. Check if it's snowing. Check if it's raining. Check if you have a dish. Check if you're a dish customer. Check if receiver is plugged in. Check if receiver is plugged into wall. Check if TV is turned on. No go. Schedule tech visit. Issue resolved.
