Yes, this is basically what we heard from DISH:

"In addition we will be releasing a 76 cm antenna and bracket in October that will allow the installation of a Hopper 3™ in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Island."

Thanks. I presently have a 1000+ dish in Illinois, so I shouldn't be concerned with this new dish, right?

That's what I would assume also.

And it seems they're working on other H3 solutions so maybe it won't be long before we see that DPH switch.

Yep, that is for sure. The on line retailer said new 76m dishes is coming out next month. He must of meant 76cm.

Bigger than lots of homes. That would be awesome but I am sure neighbors would complain.

I'll be glad to get to put up my three 30" dishes for each bird again and use the DPH42. That is a great solution for rainfade if you can do it.

The Solid Signal photos show a hybrid DPP LNB being used in that setup. I wonder if the individual LNB's will work with the DPH42?

I don't see the dish listed at solidsignal? Anyone know the "name" of this new dish? What sats is it setup for I wonder..

It is my understanding DPP LNBFs will work, so I think the singles should.
