I have a new sharp 37in LCD, when using the 811 DVI-D out to HDMI in on the TV, via a High quality and prior cheap cable, picture quality sucks. All fuzzy, HD, looks like SD. Have 811 in 720P mode as thats the TV native resolution. If I change the 811 to 1080, and use a componet cable, the picture looks great. Also using the DVI-D to HDMI with the 811 in 1080, the picture shakes or jitters.

I had this problem with two prior 811 on my 26in JVC LCD and after 3 811, I found one that worked good, could this be an 811 issue again ? Any suggestions ?

I'd check your DVI to HDMI conversion. There have been problems reported with converters and converter cables. Cutting edge stuff again that hasn't been fully debugged.
